Service terms and conditions for our truck body repair services.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are free of charge and valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on additional damage discovered during the repair process. We will always consult with you before proceeding with any work that would change the estimated price.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For customers with insurance claims, we can work directly with your insurance company for covered repairs.
Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship with a comprehensive warranty on all repairs. The specific warranty period depends on the type of work performed. If you experience any issues related to our repair work, please bring your truck back and we will make it right.
Parts and Materials
We use OEM-quality parts and materials for all repairs. If specific parts are unavailable, we will consult with you about suitable alternatives. All replaced parts will be disposed of unless you request to keep them.
Repair Timeline
While we provide estimated completion dates, actual completion may vary based on parts availability, extent of damage, and work volume. We will keep you informed of any delays and work to complete your repair as quickly as possible while maintaining quality standards.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from their vehicles before repair work begins. We are not responsible for items left in vehicles. Please ensure we have accurate contact information for communication during the repair process.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of repair services provided. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations. Customers are responsible for their own insurance coverage for vehicle damage and contents.
Appointments and Drop-offs
We recommend scheduling appointments for estimates and drop-offs. Our shop hours are Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before closing for drop-offs.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee for reserved time slots.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pettis County, Missouri.
